The Clifford 6000 alarm brain is located invisibly inside the dashboard for maximum security. A thief would find it extremely difficult to obtain access to the alarm brain.

The engine compartment is protected from intrusion by an Alpine hood pin switch.

The alarm's relay pack built by Donnie Ross is located securely behind the instrument cluster.
