XM Radio Custom Installation

Alpine Head Unit and XM radio in S4

I finally got around to taking a few pictures of my system that my wife gave me for my birthday :-)

Its got an Alpine CVA-1003 Head Unit, XM radio receiver and 12 disk CD, the NAV unit is next year's birthday present....

here it is with the HU closed above my SmarTire display. The panel was custom made by the installer, Rich's Car Tunes of Watertown MA. It is not possible to recommend these guys enough, Rich has been in the business longer than I have been alive.

With the HU open. And just in case you need proof that its really XM radio, just try to get this station on your obsolete AM/FM 'so called' radio :-)
